JCPenney $10 Off $10 Coupon

Did you guys get this e-mail?!?  I just got an e-mail from JCPenney with a $10 off $10 coupon attached.  The title of the e-mail is "A Letter and Gift From our CEO."  Check your e-mail to see if you got it.  The coupon is good until November 4th.
